Thank you Matt,that was awesome 👏 👏👊
Aw yeah gotta love when you see that new tactical bassin video on the screen🔥👊
I think Ive always just done the grab it with pliers, look away, and yank it method😂
This was excellent!
Gonna try to figure out how to walk the dog, but july in Michigan means grass, gunk and slime. Swimjig, t-rig, jig doesn't matter, I'm bringing in vegetation. 😢
Love the weight options on those dark sleepers
The links didn’t work for me
tackle warehouse ded
You guys literally don't even teach us how to catch fish anymore. You guys are literally a commercial now. I've watched it change into this over the years. Sad I've been with you guys for at least 4 years
Who cares what u think?
@cbarrientos512 I mean hopefully matt and tim care what their viewers and subs think because we indirectly pay their bills? Right? By that logic they don't care about u either 😂
Hey, was out today and I could see a bait ball on the surface; not blowing up but just corralled right under the surface of the water in the middle of the pond. What’s a good bait to throw into that bait ball? I feel like I could see bass striking about a foot under water
What’s up Matt! I have a company recommendation for you. Toad Thumper Lures. Also I had a question with the previous video, with big worms what would be a good one for New York largemouth? Because I feel as if 15” big worm may be too big for a largemouth.
That MB fat finesse worm is where it's at! Don't let that cat out of the bag! Great info as always fellas.
Just got skunked this morning and I went to RUclips for answers and this is the first video I saw! Can't wait to get back out and try some of these methods
If you were to only have 1 color for the hellraizer what would you pick?
the new 6th sense BOOSA is insane on shakey head - incredible action.
It's ok Matt, grabbing the wrong worm....very understandable, as it's not easy picking the correct pack out of 6,391 packs of worms...Fellow LURE JUNKIE! 👍
Just went to sportsmans yesterday to look at the 7' tatula elite spinning rod. Handle is way too short so I walked out with a ton of xzone and Yama plastics 😅. New Yama craw looks awesome for the 1/4oz owner ewg ned hooks.
@@tims_always_fishing7117I stop at Bass Pro Shops almost every day for my break each day.. sure don't need anymore lures, but it's impossible to not walk out with a bag of lures
Chatterbait bass love them hook them every time .and bug like fly bug u can use as top Watergate just slowly reel it in and take your pole go side to side make it look like it trying swimming pit of water make bass chase them and jump at bait
Bought a megabass big gabot 2 weeks ago and I've fished it 3 times now and caught my pb bass and multiple medium sized pike here in MN. Was having a tough year until I started fishing that frog.
Ever fish Lake Wawasee in northern IN?
Black angel lures has a smaller shakey head called the snitch and it freaking smashes em.
Can you guys give the 6th sense pressure series a try!? And report back. They work VERY well with the burn burn burn burn pause because they suspend
They won’t they don’t like 6th sense
Matt's Top 5.....ish baits😂
In a different video you said the one thing would be a jig !
Matt & Tim. What are your thoughts on the Bucca Nacho? Do you throw it?
They have had it in videos I believe
@andybales7318 I can't recall. 99% of the time, it's either the 5 or 6 inch Burrito or the 6 or 8 inch Magdraft. I feel like I vaguely remember them talking about the 4 inch Nacho once
@@brianrobinson9979 it's a great bluegill imitator..I have a few
Not sure why you are using swinging head in a fixed fashion. Much easier to use Cheburashka heads so you can change hooks easily if needed.
That was one of the best videos yet. Thanks Guys!
Hey Matt and Tim, I’d love to see a video about targeting outside weed lines during the summer. I know you’ve done a video on this in the past but another one would be great!
Great info as always! Keep up the great work!👍
I'm literally walking to my favorite fishing spot right now for a ninety minute session before work. I have with me all surface baits; wake baits, Choppos, and Zara Spooks. Wish me luck, I'm still looking for my first lunker of the year.
Any luck?
@chrisrubin1762 Just one keeper so far. Three smaller bass grenaded my Zara Spook knocking it into the air. Still lunkerless.
I’ve caught more 3-5lb. & up on jigs this year oddly enough they were crushing the bitsy bugs earlier in the season and now I’m having great luck with your classic football heads & some of strike kings hack attack heavy cover jigs
@chrisrubin1762 WTF?!?! I just broke off a good bass hooked on my Zara Spook tied on straight braid. The poor bass just jumped, trying to throw the Zara Spook. Wow, I feel awful.🤦🏼♂️
@@midwestfischermanI broke off likely my PB couple weeks ago that snapped 30 lb. Braid doing a nose dive under my yak....back to mono for me!
canterbury shakey head with tmac junebug or zoom magnum june bug definitely get bigger on the boat
Thanks!
Definitely love using the jig for July summer and we all know what the frog does! Thanks for such greats information and knowledge!
Texas rig 3 inch yum Woolley bug or a pit boss are great choices.
Had to use this in a derby a few weeks back, was handling a wild little spot and ended up with a size 5 VMC in my hand
I like the sleeper gil because it has the hook hidden, also when you hit the bottom with it, if u let it rest it stays on its belly, it doesn’t fall flat. Just a well made bait, pricey though, some of these r worse priced.
On the drop shot!
So is there a difference between an un-pegged Texas rig and a free rig?
Can you do an update on this please
Man shoved a barbed hook deep into the spot on the body with the most nerve endings (besides your eyes and dick) and left it there to film the instructions just to give us a tutorial
❤❤❤ nice one.
Tagrees
I could have used this to removed one from my dog! She somehow laid on one at the lake. 😓 it was torture to get it out.
Would love a(nother) video on Summer night fishing!
I tried this and instantly passed out, woke up from a coma 9 days later.
Damn what kind of boat was that lol
Great video fellows . I'm a jerkbait nut . I fish Dale Hollow and Lake Erie. I watched twice always learn something thanks . You can always teach an old dog a new trick
I'm fishing in water with poor visibility and purchased your Karashi combo, using TW affiliate links, of course. Do you still recommend a leader? If so, how long? I purchased the Sufix 832 10lb braid recommended in previous videos.
What’s the big difference between the shaken head and a neg rig other than possibly a shorter bait?
What helped me with Si was being told to look for structure, pause screen and then adjust Sensitivity and Contrast. That has worked great for me.
We bought a Humminbird Helix 12 Si G2N June 2017. I installed it myself after having a dealer install a unit and doing a crappy job. First time out great Si. Then we went fishing lower Columbia River Buoy 10 fishery. Trolling along and I decided to check Si. To my surprise I could see a school of likely Chinook Salmon to our right. The screen was a bit rough and range 70' but showing salmon all day we were out there. I moved over to where we seen salmon. By end of day we had hooked nine Chinook Salmon. Next time out I could not see any fish with Si. Sonar showed fish and a lot of debre in the water. I could not figure out what I did to get Si to show Chinook and Coho Salmon all that first time out with the unit. I'm wondering being that the screen was really rough if it was on the 455. I think I tried Mega, 800 and 455 on a trip and nothing. Of course the fish aren't always there. A well known Bass and Walleye angler fishes there too with Humminbird unit and told me he had trouble seeing any salmon. What doesn't make sense is why was I easily seeing schools of salmon all day that one day and never able to replicate that again. We were in 35' of water, heading into the outgoing tide, running about 0.7 mph, range 70', fish likely around 20 feet suspended off the bottom. I know have the Helix 12 Si G4N and adding a Helix 10 back of boat and network two units and Mega Live. Any ideas or suggestions?
